WHO WE ARE

Whether an individual or an organization, the path to success is more than a linear, one-dimensional process aimed at meeting a certain sales goal or attaining a certain net worth or even attaining distinction in one’s field, without viewing one’s existence as a whole.

Instead, every minute of every day, we interact and absorb information from every source around us.  We then process that information and convert it not only into knowledge or a skill, but also into “truths” and values that we use to navigate through life and interact with our surroundings. True success is then a measure of not only our “productivity”, but also of our relationships with and our (present and future) impact on ourselves and everyone and everything around us.  More akin to a 360 degree process!

HOW WE HELP

We combine a supportive, values-based environment, a qualified coach/facilitator and proven individual and organizational development tools to provide an innovative and highly effective experience for our clients.

Using online and in-person sessions, services are individually tailored for the situation.  Our approach promotes honest self-assessments; realistic plans based on core values and goals, and disciplined application and resilience in face of challenges and distractions.

This project also seeks to build a viable and stable support system for the 360 person by fostering ties participating individuals and organizations, and the world around them in a way that promotes core values of mutual respect, cooperation and well being for one and all.
